How does the 60-day sale-or-return guarantee work?
We take the risk so you don’t have to. If you haven’t sold at least 10 of your initial 12 units within 60 days, we will collect the remaining stock and issue you a full credit. This ensures you are never left with “dead stock” on your shelves.
What defines an "Exclusive Territory"?
To protect your sales, we promise not to partner with another pharmacy within a 1 km radius of your store. To maintain this exclusivity and remain the sole Nkoro destination in your area, we simply require at least one reorder every 60 days.
Can I Switch Formulas Later?
Yes. If you notice a higher demand for our other product lines, such as Libi Large or Attack Stack, we are happy to transition you. We will also honor your original launch deal pricing for the new formula to ensure a seamless switch.
